Due to Covid-19, we only accept cue case customisation with the purchase of customise cue or solely order cue case without cue.

For normal cue shipping without ordering case, we ship it in an Aluminum tube.

It will take about 3-5 weeks to craft a handmade cue case, you are allowed to choose the design freely and contact us if you have any special design.
